Description
Dr. Michelle Clifton-Soderstrom will be speaking on her work in teaching ethics in prison. Dr. Clifton-Soderstrom is a Professor of Theology and Ethics at North Park College in Chicago. She has been teaching classes to undergrads, graduate students, and inmates inside of Stateville Correctional Center. Her class, Peace, Justice, and Restoration, “explores the theological and ethical foundations of justice ministries…[and] probes the grounds of the claim that ‘justice is central to biblical religion.’”
